Promenade Trails of Noblesville, a 55 & Better Community developed and operated by The Justus Companies, proudly celebrated the official grand opening of its Community Building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
The event, themed “A Legacy of Gold,” brought together Sarah Reed, Noblesville Community Development Director from the Office of Mayor Chris Jensen, representatives from the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, community partners, residents, and staff to commemorate this exciting milestone for Promenade Trails and the Noblesville community.
Guests were welcomed by the elegant sounds of a harpist as they gathered for the ceremony. Angela Miller, Chief Operating Officer of The Justus Companies, shared words of gratitude and vision. Sarah Reed spoke about how Promenade Trails contributes to the City of Noblesville’s vision for growth and quality of life, emphasizing the community’s role in providing vibrant, maintenance-free living options for active adults.
Walt Justus, President and CEO of The Justus Companies, thanked the city, the chamber, and the staff for their involvement in bringing the community to life. Guests then joined city and chamber representatives for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the next chapter in Promenade Trails’ continued growth and commitment to excellence.
After the ceremony, attendees embarked on a self-guided “Journey Through the Golden Kingdom,” exploring the community’s stunning new amenity spaces including the Vista Club Room, Pub, Fireside Lounge, Life Enrichment Center, and Fitness Center. Each space reflected the event’s Legacy of Gold theme, celebrating the community’s focus on connection, wellness, and lifelong memories.
